Jessica Fleming

Jessica was brought up on an Irish dairy farm and qualified in Botany (Trinity College Dublin) and Geology (Denver, Colorado).  Her experience includes teaching agriculture in the Philippines with VSO and various natural science capacities in Ireland, the US and since 2003, in Suffolk.   

Joanna Rayner

Jo Rayner was elected for Abbeygte Ward in October 2013 and re-elected in May 2015. She graduated in Law and Business and went on to qualify as a project manager and change manager. She works for a local housing association and is a trustee on the Board of West Stow. She has lived in Bury for 12 years with her husband and son.

John Levantis

John Levantis has lived in Woolpit for 31 years. He is a member of the Village Hall Committee and Vice President of the Tennis club.He was elected to the District Council for Elmswell and Norton in May 2015 and sits on the following committees:            Development Control Committee A            Planning Referrals            Mid Suffolk Scrutiny            Joint Scrutiny

Patsy Warby

Patsy Warby was first elected for Eastgate ward in 2003 and was re-elected in 2015.Patsy was born and raised in Bury and came back to live here in 1975 when her husband (Cllr Frank Warby) left the army and their family has expanded to 4 children, 13 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.  They have both served as Mayor of St Edmundsbury in recent years. 

Lesley Mayes

Lesley has lived in Stowmarket since 1986. She has been a Town Councillor since 2003 and was first elected to the District Council in 2007. Lesley has served as Mayor of Stowmarket and as Chairman of the District Council for two years.  She currently sits on the following committees:            Planning Referral            Development Control ‘A’ (Vice-Chairman)            Joint Housing Board

Patsy Warby

Paul Ekpenyong

Paul and his wife Annette have lived in Cedars Park since moving to Suffolk in 2006. Paul is Director of a successful manufacturing business in Suffolk.In May 2015, he was elected to Stowmarket Town Council and also Mid Suffolk District Council. He sits on the following District Council Committees:            Regulatory/Licensing Act 2003           Economy Programme Steering Board            

Frank Warby

Frank has lived on Moreton Hall for over thirty years and served as one of its Councillors for sixteen of those years.Frank and his wife (Cllr Patsy Warby) have both served as Mayor of St Edmundsbury in recent years.He is currently Chairman of the Licensing and Regulatory Committee and the West Suffolk Joint Health and Safety Panel.Frank also sits on the Licensing Act Sub- Committee and the Overview and Scrutiny Committee.He is the Vice_Chairman of Bury St Edmunds Town Council

Roy Barker

Roy is from a local farming family and has been the District Councillor for Badwell Ash  for 12 years. He was Chairman of the Council last year and is now Vice-Chairman. He currently sits on the following committees:            Development Committee ‘B’ (Vice-Chairman)            Planning Referrals Committee

Jill Wilshaw

Jill moved to Wyverstone 5 years ago from Aberdeen and Russia where her husband worked in the oil industry. She was a Chief Examiner for beauty, complementary and sports therapies around the world.   Now retired, she is a Volunteer Gateway Assessor at the Citizens Advice Bureau in Stowmarket, and is training to be an Adviser.  She is a triathlete, a member of the West Suffolk Wheelers Cycle and Triathlon Club and a qualified Local Technical Officer overseeing triathlon races.
